Our Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests. By booking with us, you agree to our cancellation policies, check-in and check-out, guest responsibilities, and other guidelines established to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone. Policies:

• Our rates for single and double accommodation are the same;

• All reservations are only considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total amount.

• Our daily rates start at 2:00 pm and end at 10:30 am;

• Early check-in (from 11:00) and late check-out (until 16:30) are possible, subject to availability. In cases of early check-in from 09:00 (subject to availability), a half-day rate will be charged. The same applies to late check-in until 18:00. For departures after 18:00, an additional full-day rate will be charged;

• We charge a 10% service fee for the hotel's food and beverage service;

• 100% non-smoking suites. In case of detection in the environment, the space cleaning fee will be applied, corresponding to 01 daily Balcão rate.

• For check-in, guests must present photo ID and must also fill out the accommodation form, which can be sent in advance to speed up the process;

• For holiday periods, please consult the reservations department for price quotes.

• Children aged 0 to 3 years old do not pay for accommodation; children aged 4 to 8 years old pay a different price; children aged 9 and over pay the normal price.

Cancellation Policies:

1) Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable;

2) Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before check-in will be refunded 15% of the amount;

3) Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before check-in will be refunded 50% of the amount;

4) Cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before check-in will be refunded 75% of the amount;

5) Cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in will be refunded 100% of the amount.
